How to show disappeared desktop icons in windows 7

Description:

Sometimes, it occurs when you are not enable to see all the desktop icons that are hidden or not showing due to some problem. It may be due to large size of the icons or some other issue. Anyhow, i am going to discuss the issue with details so that you may resolve the problem if occured at your pc.

Method 1:

First of all, check that all the icons are missing or some of them are not showing.

Now right click on the desktop

In the view menu, see "show desktop icons" if it is checked or not. If not checked, check it as shown below.

All the icons will be shown by checking the "Show desktop icons"

If it does not work then proceed to Method 2.

Method 2:

Sometimes, is due to the large size of the icons. So, we have to change the view of the icons.
Right click on the desktop.
In the view menu, click on the small icons.
It will change the size of the icons, and all the icons will be shown on the desktop.



You can use the options Large or Medium Icons as well. But i think that small icons will resolve the issue.
