I'll explain it one by one within steps as follows;
Step1: First of all you need an email address account that you can use for registration later. 
Step2: Download the Norton Antivirus 2009 Germen version from the link given below.
Step3: Install the NAV 2009 and wait for the configuration page as it displays below.
