Get the cache viewer 0.7.6 by clicking Download Now. Firefox will install it instantly after adding to your browser.
Step2: Now open the browser blank page and write "about:cache" in the address bar

The above figure shows all the information in the windows cache. Now you can explore anyone which you want to retrieve or backup. Let we click on List all cache entries in Disk cache device section.
Step3: See the informations stored in the disk cache according to the firefox search with time, date and volume size.

Step4: Now click any of the blue entries in the webpage for cache history and get it loaded again in browser.
